New Tourist spot Samander (Samundar) khahta lake Nathia Gali Galiyat

Nathia gali is very famous hill station in Galiyat and Abbottabad. Samander khahta lake (SMK lake) is a newly build tourist spot in Nathia gali Galiyat. it is about 12 km (45 minute) drive from Nathia gali main bazar. a small lake is located near garakai village and nagri bala Abbottabad.
The water of the lake is colorless but the surrounding green mountains make its water dark green and surround view is beautiful. The water in the lake is stopped by a small bridge can seen from distance.

scenic khahta lake is easily access from nathia gali to Abbottabad road after 10 minute drive to reach Bara gali. sign board on left mention Khata lake route after 2 km paved road through scenic galiyat forest begins after a rough road and after about 3 km of rough terrain comes a small Katha lake. you can reach there by car or bike, there is a small food shop due to construction work in progress soon it will be a good place for tourist to enjoy boating in lake. many travel company organize trip to Samander khahta lake this year 2019, a heavy rush of tourist was see in summer soon it will be a good tourist spot. samadar Khata stream further join with har nadi and makes up Haro River final falls to khanpur dam.
Government of Pakistan and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa still working on improving new tourist spots in different area of Pakistan.
